Kaos Wrestling Team was created with the intent to promote the sport of wrestling in Kitchener-Waterloo, making it accessible and affordable for all. Our focus is on providing competitive opportunities while developing individual athletes to the best of their ability. Wrestling demands character, a strong work ethic, self-confidence, and a commitment to achieving personal bests.

At KW Kaos Wrestling Team, we are dedicated to offering student-athletes the chance to enhance their personal skills within a supportive team environment. Through technical, physical, and mental training, we promote fitness, fun, and competitive excellence. With OFSAA coming to the Kitchener-Waterloo region for the 2024/25 season, our commitment to developing top-tier athletes is stronger than ever.
