OAWA Membership

All NEW members are required to be registered with the OAWA. It is mandatory that this is completed before getting on the mats. All returning OAWA members have until December 2024 to complete.

Photo/Video Release Forms

Kaos wrestling loves to capture your victories. Often video recording is used in the sport of wrestling for athletes to reflect upon their performance. Though this is not mandatory we encourage you to complete the Photographic & Video Permission form.
